Established self storage facility looking for a person with a great personality to provide store management of self storage facility; this is a NON-resident position. Great personality needed and must be able to demonstrate ability to rent, collect rent and maintain the property. Previous experience NOT needed! Responsibilities include... + Face to face sales - meet and greet customers as they explain their storage needs. + Delinquency tracking - must be able to work with tenants to ensure prompt payment. + Initiate Marketing Ideas - work with other locations to provide and receive marketing approaches. + Lease Agreements - completed accurately + Meet with local businesses - drop off literature, feel comfortable building network. + Monitor Move Outs and keep facility in a rent-ready state + Property and store upkeep + Telephone salesmanship - demonstrate ability to get prospect callers to location. + Tenant information sheets - kept current + Banking as needed (need to have good cash management skills) + Use MS Word, Excel and Outlook (you will be tested on these) + Weekly and Daily Reports as needed • Background check performed.
